Believe it or not, but we have another chapter to add to the moving saga:
Our buyer, T, keeps messing around with the closing time/date which is scheduled for TOMORROW!!! It's not like we have wiggle-room either: we close on both houses tomorrow. If she backs out, we keep her earnest money, but we are screwed.
Keep your fingers crossed that she doesn't flake out on us at this point...
